Return Window: 7 days from delivery

Eligibility:

• Unused, uninstalled, in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and labels included

Non-Returnable Items:

• Electrical parts, oils/chemicals, custom orders, mounted tires, clearance items

Return Process:

1. Submit request to info@muzwet.co.za,  with order number, item details, and photos (if damaged)
2. Receive Return Authorization (RA) and instructions
3. Ship item securely; unauthorized returns may be refused

Refunds:

• Issued to original payment method or store credit
• Restocking fee 10–25% may apply for opened or special-order items
• Shipping fees refundable only if error was ours.

Warranty Claims:

Submit serial number, proof of purchase, and issue description.
